Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Architect who can lead technical delivery for strategic client engagements and serve as a key presales solution partner during sales cycles.

This is a high impact, high visibility position for someone who wants ownership. Not just an execution role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Architecture & Delivery Leadership (Core Function)

Serve as the lead technical architect for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom app initiatives.

Own solution design, technical governance, platform standards, and reusable development patterns.

Review developer output, validate estimates, and ensure adherence to architectural direction.

Lead complex integrations (REST/SOAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Banner, etc.).

Support escalations and guide the Mexico delivery team on best practices and technical approach.

Drive platform strategy and modernization for long-standing client accounts.
2. Presales & Solution Consulting (Strategic Function)

Partner with Sales to support discovery calls, scoping workshops, and technical qualification.

Create high-level solution designs, ROMs, and implementation plans for proposals and RFPs.
-
Translate business requirements into achievable technical approaches with clear tradeoffs.
-
Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Improve presales assets: reusable estimates, pitch decks, solution templates, demo scripts.
-
Track and drive presales KPIs: win rate, scoping accuracy, and repeatable solution patterns.
3. Practice Leadership & Enablement

Mentor and uplift mid-level consultants to grow architectural depth.

Contribute to internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practice libraries.

Influence cross-practice roadmap planning (ITSM ITOM AIOps SecOps Automation).

Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal leadership on platform strategy.
Required Qualifications
-
6+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2 years as a solution architect.

Proven experience in both delivery architecture and presales solutioning.

Strong consulting presence able to lead client-facing workshops and executive presentations.

Hands-on expertise in:

CMDB

Integration patterns

Flow Designer, Script Includes, Scoped Apps

Experience leading enterprise implementations or platform upgrades.

Strong understanding of governance, technical debt, CI/CD pipelines (ATF, Git, DevOps).

Fluent English (verbal and written).
-
Ability to work within US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with nonprofit, education, or financial sector workflows (not required).

Certifications: CSA, CIS (any), CAD, CTA strongly preferred.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FERPA, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
