Role Summary
A Global Digital Program Manager specializing in digital strategy and web program management is responsible for leading key initiatives related to global website development, digital transformation, and marketing integration. This senior-level role involves collaborating with regional marketing teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure the successful execution of digital projects aligned with business goals. The position requires strategic planning, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale initiatives across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point for global website strategy, tracking and managing web-related initiatives across regions.
- Architect innovative technical solutions in collaboration with strategy drivers, design, content, development, and project teams.
- Lead cross-functional senior steering committees involving product, brand, technology, and content teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Maintain systems for tracking, managing, and reporting on digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and visibility.
- Manage program efforts supporting marketing transformation, including organizational integrations and process transitions.
- Partner with marketing leadership to assess team structures, identify role misalignments, and develop recommendations for realignment.
- Facilitate strategic conversations across business units to clarify responsibilities, streamline processes, and promote shared accountability.
- Oversee organizational projects related to new business units or acquisitions, ensuring smooth marketing integrations.
- Build and maintain project plans, stakeholder communications, and decision-making frameworks for large initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, cross-department collaboration, and innovation within the marketing organization.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in digital program management within a Fortune 500 environment, working across multiple countries.
- At least 7 years of experience in go-to-market campaign planning to ensure web content aligns with sales and marketing channels, including chat, lead forms, press releases, social media, and email nurture programs.
- Minimum of 5 years managing complex, cross-functional projects with global stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or Sitecore.
- Proven expertise in SEO best practices, including content prioritization, cross-linking, page performance, and tag management.
- Strong knowledge of ADA/WCAG 2.0 standards for accessible web design in global websites.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Background in user experience and technical design, with the ability to architect creative technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Organized, proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset to manage multiple projects effectively.
Publishing Pay Range: $85.00 - $115.00 Hourly
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
