The right candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative research and data collection for analysis; identify data sources; extract data for visualization; and prepare reports.

Location: Fort Eustis, VA
Terms: Full-time
Schedule: On-site / 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Travel: N/A
Compensation: $100k

Qualifications:

  • BS is acceptable (Masters or Doctoral level education is preferred).
  • US Army Command and General Staff College or other service equivalent is acceptable (Graduate of the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), the Army Senior Service College, or other service equivalents is preferred).
  • Ability to write/communicate effectively.
  • Experience developing qualitative and quantitative analytical reports.

Military Experience:

  • 15 years of active or combined active and reserve component service in the following fields:
  • Institutional Army or other military service assignments (Pentagon, Joint, or Army Major Commands are preferred).
  • Operational Army or other military service assignments (Division and Corps staff assignments or other service equivalent assignments are preferred).
  • Retired Military O4 through O6 is preferred (civilian equivalents are acceptable).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of learning demands (LDs), study issues, and Essential Elements of Analysis (EEAs) in meeting Army Future Study Program (FSP) needs (may include quantitative and qualitative analytical requirements).
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of FSP learning demands as approved by Army
  • Assist in the development of the analytical collection plan resulting in effective and efficient means to collect information pertaining to learning demands and
  • Conduct research and data mining to address specific leadership questions, directives, and provides shared understanding of relevant experiments, war-games, and Conduct research to assist with the development of EEAs that support the overall design of the FSP event.
  • Assist in the coordination with Government analytical and assessment organizations, Research and Analysis Center (TRAC), the Center for Army Analysis (CAA), the Data and Analysis Center (DAC), and other organizations conducting experimentation relative to
