GIS Analyst

Location: Remote (National)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$34.44-$49.21/Hrs

Description
Collaborate with customer resources to manage GIS data maintenance.
Install software, create and administer models and scripts.
Engage throughout the project life cycle, providing updates based on customer changes.
Support data creation and manipulation.
Act as customer liaison to support and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote and potential on-site GIS configuration and maintenance.
Coordinate information between customer resources and project teams.
Manage communication related to project schedule and maintenance.
Complete required reports and documentation.
Present training using various classroom methods.

Qualifications
BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge of mapping principles and geospatial processes.
Experience with scripting languages.
Ability to support multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong commitment to product quality.
Willingness to travel.
