We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on-site in Arlington, VA, and help us create compelling content that resonates with our employees, partners, and customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, on-brand creative content for various platforms including digital, print, and social media.
  • Design visually appealing presentations with illustrations, icons, and imagery to support keynotes and other presentations.
  • Create and manage video assets from concept to completion, both independently and with video production teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand Teams to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Handle the full lifecycle of graphic assets, from concept to delivery, while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Continuously seek feedback and measure impact to improve the quality of our visual content.
  • Adapt to organizational changes and evolving priorities with flexibility.

Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a design environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating dynamic presentations.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the printing process and file preparation for print.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management tools, especially Asana.
  • Proficiency in Canva for quick design solutions and team collaboration.
  • BA/BFA in Design or equivalent education.
