The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry that has an opening for Quality Systems Support Specialist in Vacaville, CA!
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to Quality System Management processes with a focus on document control and Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) integration. You will ensure compliance with cGMP standards and global regulatory requirements while helping maintain inspection readiness.
Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Pay range: $24 to $28/hour on W2 as per experience
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, execution, and maintenance of PQS integration and quality documents in Veeva at the site.
- Collaborate with the Quality Document Control group to complete workflows, manage document gating, and coordinate document change processes to minimize operational disruptions.
- Initiate and manage documents in Veeva Quality Docs.
- Format and edit controlled documents to meet compliance and clarity standards.
- Track and log requests for source documents to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with cGMP and global requirements.
- Always maintain a high level of inspection readiness.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry (experience in supplier quality preferred).
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Onsite presence required at the Vacaville location.
- Preferred experience with Veeva Quality Document Management System and Microsoft Teams.
- Preferred experience in technical writing and document editing.
