The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with leaders, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to build, automate, and support scalable DevOps solutions aligned with business needs. This role involves maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, and monitoring systems with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to understand deployment, infrastructure, and automation requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, build, or deployment issues; identify and implement long-term solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and environment configuration standards.
- Research and integrate new DevOps tools, cloud services, and automation technologies to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
- Support development and adherence to DevOps best practices, security standards, and release governance.
- Work closely with technical leads to ensure alignment with enterprise cloud, security, and scalability goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation within a production environment.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) deploying, scaling, securing workloads
- Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, Pulumi, etc.)
- Strong scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, etc.)
- Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, EKS, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Splunk, etc.)
- Familiarity with networking, security controls, and IAM within cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing GitOps workflows (Argo CD, Flux, etc.)
- Experience with service mesh or microservices deployment patterns
- DevOps or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, CKA, Terraform, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile team environment
