BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist- IT/Enterprise Architect for an opportunity in Raleigh, NC 27609

Position Title: Technical Specialist- IT/Enterprise Architect

Location: 3700 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27609

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 7 months.

Pay Rate : $80 /hr. on w2.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Someone to work on a hybrid arrangement. If possible they would like the candidate to work onsite two days a week

Job description:

The position has responsibility for systems analysis and design review which includes assuring that business problems are fully understood detailed requirements are investigated and proposed and to collaborate with both internal and external teams to create architecture design. One of the key responsibilities of the position is to create architectural models/diagrams of existing agency applications from multiple disciplines business systems data and technology by gathering information from various sources within an organization and through an iterative approach gain the necessary insight to accurately depict the architecture within each discipline.

The IT/Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in aligning state agencies need with technology solutions that drive innovation and manage/shape the overall IT strategy.

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience working as a senior level technologist in a complex, large- scale organization., Required7Years |


• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), Required7Years


• Experience of enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, data management/integrations, systems development, and business processes, Required7Years


• Demonstrated experience with IT governance, and the ability to define IT principles, standards and framework that support the overall governance model, Required7Years.


• Demonstrated experience aligning enterprise architecture practice to business strategy, and the ability to map business strategy to IT capabilities, Required7Years.
