Primary Responsibilities
Serve as Enterprise Project Manager for the ECM system implementation across multiple DHS program offices.
Lead coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.
Develop onboarding plans for DHS program offices onto the ECM platform and oversee system transitions.
Establish strategies and timelines for decommissioning existing custom-built applications.
Ensure compliance with ECM governance structures and reporting expectations.
Gain subject matter expertise (SME) in case management processes across agencies.
Support and lead program-level PMs to ensure consistent and successful ECM rollout.
Manage vendor relationships, technical teams, and cross-functional project resources.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, communication, and project documentation.
