Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (Hybrid 2 Days Onsite Required

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as Enterprise Project Manager for the ECM system implementation across multiple DHS program offices.

  • Lead coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership.

  • Develop onboarding plans for DHS program offices onto the ECM platform and oversee system transitions.

  • Establish strategies and timelines for decommissioning existing custom-built applications.

  • Ensure compliance with ECM governance structures and reporting expectations.

  • Gain subject matter expertise (SME) in case management processes across agencies.

  • Support and lead program-level PMs to ensure consistent and successful ECM rollout.

  • Manage vendor relationships, technical teams, and cross-functional project resources.

  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, communication, and project documentation.
