Senior Design Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Tools: Design Operations Specialist Workflow management systems, Labeling and artwork management systems, Process Integration Testing (PIT) tools, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tools, Reporting and data analysis tools, Ticketing and issue-tracking systems, Automation tools, System configuration and administration tools, Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO compliance systems, Documentation and work-instruction tools

Role Purpose
Support and drive the deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of global and regional Design Operations workflows, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead deployment and rollout of new global and local workflow solutions impacting Design Operations.
- Participate in or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) activities during new process or system deployments.
- Develop and standardize Labeling and Relabeling processes, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and clear communication of process changes and impacts.
- Enable smooth daily operations by supporting Design Operations Senior Project Analysts and resolving operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders, including Marketing, Business Units, Regulatory, Legal, R&D, Quality, Plants, Customer Service, and Data Providers.
- Identify service and quality improvement opportunities and act as Subject Matter Expert in initiatives to enhance process controls, error detection, and corrective actions.
- Ensure global alignment of Design Operations standards, workflows, rules, and system functionality.
- Lead or coordinate urgent and special project requests within the Design Operations function.
- Deliver assigned tasks within defined SLA targets, including ticket resolution and issue handling.
- Escalate unresolved service, quality, or process issues to the supervisor when required.
- Ensure compliance with national and international marking regulations, Corporate Packaging Policy, and Solventum Global Shipper Label Policy.
- Manage approvals for labels and artworks subject to special regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal global stakeholders to clarify processes, resolve issues, and manage problem reports.
- Create, update, and maintain work instructions related to new systems, transitions, and process changes.
- Handle complex, non-standard cases and coordinate troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, including data analysis and insights.
- Support service transitions and process improvements as Project Leader or Subject Matter Expert, including workshop facilitation.
- Maintain or propose automation solutions to improve operational efficiency within Design Operations.
- Apply Solventum s ethical principles, ISO standards, and QMS requirements in daily activities.
- Perform additional design, project management, or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
