Position Overview:
Integration Architect is a key member of the IT delivery team who works closely with business and IT stakeholders to lead the implementation of enterprise integration solutions. This includes assisting with integration strategy, leading requirements assessment, estimating level of effort, setting architecture and design patterns, collaborating with business, improving overall SDLC processes, and leading innovation in integration domain.
Job Duties

• Lead integration solutions from concept to delivery - envision and architect solutions that meet business objectives and address integration requirements, lead implementation through full software development life cycle through production deployment and hyper care.
• Establish integration domain specific strategy, roadmaps, and standards.
• Review legacy integration landscapes, build optimized to-be state architecture and roadmap to achieve to-be state.
• Install/provision and configure cloud/hybrid integration products.
• Review early state business requirements and assess feasibility of integration solutions as organization undertakes digital and technology transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate new products and tools related to integration domain and associated software life cycle.
• Evaluate new integration related cloud services as the industry and the major cloud service providers evolve rapidly.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to integration developers.

Required Skills

• Expert experience delivering various types of integration solutions - enterprise service bus (ESB), service-oriented architecture (SOA), API management, B2B solution, event driven architecture (EDA) etc.
• Expert experience delivering solutions based on MuleSoft.
• Some experience delivering integration solutions using cloud native services (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong knowledge in API management, including API design and development, along with security policies & security protocols.
• Experience in implementing messaging using queuing platforms like AnyPoint MQ, Active MQ, Kafka etc.
• Strong knowledge in web services and API technologies (RAML, YAML, REST, XML/JSON, SOAP, XSLT)
• Strong experience with full software development life cycle including DevOps.
• Experience using tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Maven, Jenkins etc.
• B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Overall 12+ year IT experience
• 5+ year experience in integration architecture

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
