RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HAMPro and SAMPro Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in utilizing and implementing the HAMPro and SAMPro modules within the ServiceNow platform and will play a pivotal role in our IT Asset and Software Asset Management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAMPro) and Software Asset Management Professional (SAMPro) modules
* Develop and maintain asset management processes and workflows to ensure accurate tracking and management of IT assets and software licenses
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address asset and software management needs
* Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and optimize software license usage to achieve cost savings
* Generate and analyze reports on hardware and software assets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Train and support end-users on asset management processes and the use of HAMPro and SAMPro modules
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT Asset and Software Asset Management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HAMPro and SAMPro modules
* Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) principles and practices
* Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HAMPro and/or SAMPro is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
