The Instructional Systems Designer shall design, develop, and enhance online coursework for the client.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Four (4) years of experience in online curriculum design and development for adult learners.

Two (2) years of experience conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance of eLearning content and platforms.
SCOPE OF WORK
-
Designing and developing new self-paced online lessons, as directed by the Contract Manager.
-
Lessons may include, but are not limited to, multiple job roles within the Judiciary as well as general soft skills.

Revising existing self-paced online lessons, as directed by the Contract Manager.
-
Revisions may include, but are not limited to, changing existing content, changing the way content is presented in a lesson, or changing the platform in which lessons are facilitated.

Utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise for new training developments.
-
Construction of trainings may include multimedia components.
-
Attending regularly scheduled meetings for collaboration and progress evaluation.
RESOURCE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & CAPABILITIES
Experience with:
-
Designing self-paced online courses for adult learners.
-
Creating multimedia and SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.

Vyond, or similar platform, to create video components within trainings.

Learning management systems such as Canvas or Blackboard.

Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
Ability to:

Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
-
Accept and address constructive feedback.
Knowledge of:

Adult learning theory and principles, and best practices for self-paced online courses.

eLearning delivery.
