Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and resolving issues for our facilities and offices within the food processing industry. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and data processing issues across multiple locations.
Provide after-hours support to end users as part of a rotating schedule.
Escalate complex problems to vendors or internal teams and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in creating and configuring minor system enhancements in collaboration with senior team members.
Support ongoing projects, including software updates, hardware deployments, and audio/visual event setups.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical support policies, procedures, and training materials.
Foster a positive customer service experience while working effectively within a team environment.
Assist in the deployment and management of endpoint devices using tools such as Autopilot/Intune.
Contribute to the setup and management of Active Directory elements, including group policies and user accounts.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in technical support roles.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including O365 and Admin Portals.
Solid understanding of operating systems and software suites, including O365.
Knowledge of endpoint management tools, such as Autopilot/Intune.
Proficiency in documentation and the creation of training materials.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
