Job Details

Title: Go-Live Support

Employment Type: Contract W2 only

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $30-$75/hr

Description
* Provide on-site or remote EPIC application support during go-live events.
* Assist clinical and administrative users in navigating the system.
* Resolve user issues in real-time and escalate as needed.
* Ensure smooth transition and minimize disruptions.
* Collect feedback to improve adoption and workflow alignment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support end-users during EPIC activation.
* Troubleshoot access, documentation, and navigation issues.
* Guide users through workflows and application use.
* Document issues and submit to ticketing system.
* Coordinate with command center and application teams.

Qualifications
* 5 year of experience supporting EPIC go-live or activation events.
* Familiarity with EPIC workflows in clinical or operational settings.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* EPIC certification preferred but not required.
* Experience in a healthcare or IT support role.
