Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable, secure automation solutions across business areas (supply chain, finance, ops, customer service).
- Lead end-to-end automation lifecycle - from requirement gathering to post-production support.
- Identify AI + RPA opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Integrate UiPath and GenAI solutions with enterprise systems (APIs, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Pilot Agentic AI solutions and define CoE standards, reusable assets, and governance.
- Mentor and guide automation and AI teams.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years overall in AI/ML; 3+ years in Generative AI.
- Strong UiPath automation and solution architecture background.
- Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA), Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
- Proven experience leading automation/AI CoE or enterprise programs.
- Familiarity with retail/manufacturing processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in hybrid AI + RPA environments.
- MLOps, responsible AI, and model monitoring.
- GenAI integration with Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
