The Director Digital Technology Solutions for Advanced Oncology Therapies will lead the evaluation, selection, and strategic integration of digital health technologies that support growth of complex advanced oncology therapies. This role is responsible for identifying scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions collaborating closely with leaders in Advanced Therapies, Payer Strategy, Value-Based Care, and Strategic Operations to develop value stream technology roadmaps aligned with practice advanced therapy growth strategies and patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic assessments of emerging technologies and digital health solutions to support advanced oncology therapies across a multi-practice oncology network.
  • Conduct market scans, vendor assessments, and feasibility studies to identify best-in-class solutions for advanced oncology therapies
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio roadmap that aligns with clinical, operational, and strategic goals for advanced oncology therapies
  • Evaluate generative AI applications and other advanced technologies for their potential to enhance patient outcomes, provider efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Build business cases for new technology investments, including ROI modeling, strategic alignment, and implementation planning.
  • Participate in the integration of selected technologies into the Practice digital health ecosystem, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and interoperability standards.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and practices to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically has 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years management experience.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology strategy, digital health innovation, or product management
  • Expertise in generative AI and its applications in healthcare
  • Proven track record of evaluating and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions in healthcare
  • Strong understanding of oncology care delivery, advanced therapies, and value-based care models
  • Experience with vendor ecosystems, EHR systems, and interoperability standards
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Attributes:
  • Master's degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration (MBA), or related discipline
  • Experience working in oncology or radiation therapy settings
  • Experience in multi-site healthcare networks and enterprise technology strategy
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product lifecycle management
