Job Title: Change Enablement Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN
Overview:
A leading organization is seeking a Change Enablement Analyst to support enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives. This high-impact role is part of a forward-thinking team driving the adoption of modern collaboration tools, CRM systems, infrastructure enhancements, and other digital platforms.
We?re looking for a proactive change professional with a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate brings a passion for guiding organizations through change, a talent for simplifying the complex, and a drive to deliver measurable results across all stages of the change lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement change strategies to support technology and process rollouts Analyze organizational impact and stakeholder readiness for upcoming changes Translate technical details into clear communication, training, and support materials Create engaging content including user guides, knowledge articles, and digital learning assets Partner with business and IT leaders to foster buy-in and promote awareness Facilitate learning sessions, demos, and user training for new tools and platforms Track adoption metrics and address gaps through remediation efforts Apply structured change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to drive sustainable adoption Requirements: 3?5 years of experience in change enablement, business analysis, or organizational transformation Proven ability to support enterprise-level technology implementations Strong communication and documentation skills tailored to diverse audiences Comfortable working across departments to assess needs and champion solutions Quick to learn new systems and capable of effectively training others Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Confluence, and Jira Experience applying structured change methodologies in complex environments Nice to Have: Experience using Articulate Rise or similar eLearning tools Exposure to Agile project delivery environments Prosci or other change management certification Background in high-visibility IT change initiatives
