Title: Platform Account Manager

Location: Northeast Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$70000-$100000/Hrs

Description
* Support global content and media rights-holders in leveraging technologies and services.
* Help content owners translate ideas into executable roadmaps and deliverables.
* Encourage strategic product and service compromises that fit platform strengths.
* Understand and navigate the digital ecosystem for optimal client outcomes.
* Collaborate to scale the customer base over the next few years.
* Occasionally work unsociable hours to support client events and escalations.
* Travel occasionally as required for the role.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend status meetings with customers and project teams.
* Lead technical discussions with clients and their technical teams.
* Review feature requests and technical needs of clients.
* Liaise with internal departments to validate client deliverables.
* Document customer use cases and requirements for new features.
* Provide feedback for product enhancements and up-sell opportunities.
* Deliver presentations and training to assist client platform uptake.

Qualifications
* 5 years of related experience in a relevant field.
* Background in Technical Support, Software & Product Development, or Network Engineering.
* Experience in a collaborative environment with a teamwork mentality.
* Experience as a team lead or in a position of responsibility.
* Experience in building User Stories and defining technical requirements.
