Pay Rate : $27/hr. on W2

Job Summary

  • Protect property and people through the implementation of preventative security measures and enforcement of established security policy and procedures at designated company locations.
    Now hiring a access ID & badge administrator to oversee the security ID operations center of a large Energy Company
  • Applicants should have at least 5 years experience using computer id systems such as "lintel"
  • Must have excellent computer skills including excel and word and be able to interrupt data to create detailed reports of the badging activity

  1. Performs ID Badging and Access functions in accordance with established procedures.
  2. Maintains daily records and logs and examines documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Proficient in computer technology i.e. e-mail; MSOffice applications, alarm monitoring, access control databases, etc.
  4. Communicates with employees, customers, and guests/visitors on security procedures or issues.
  5. Provides assistance with on-the-job training for contract personnel.
  6. Responds to emergency situations as directed or by established assignment.


The Access ID & Badging Administrator will supervise and coordinate the operations for our clients ID Badging department ensuring quality services to an our customer. The Access ID & Badging Administrator will act as a liaison between our client, Account Manager and ID badging offers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
  • Capably utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, Training Detail reports, etc.) that require interpretation and action for effective business management
  • Enforce Contract Standards
  • Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers including vehicle / driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures
  • Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings
  • Enforces Allied Universal s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos

Able to:

  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
    Will be sitting 67% of time
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
