RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities:
* Implementation Consultant will serve as the hands-on technical analyst for the Paradox ATS implementation
* Configure Paradox workflows, logic, job flows, and automation rules to support both corporate and frontline/high-volume hiring
* Support data mapping, data validation, and data migration activities from iCIMS to Paradox
* Partner with IT and vendors on integration design, testing, and issue resolution
* Execute system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support defect resolution
* Document configuration decisions, workflows, and technical dependencies
* As an Implementation Consultant, you will assist with environment management, release readiness, and go-live preparation
* Provide post-go-live stabilization support and optimization recommendations
* Act as a technical SME and escalation point during the implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience configuring Paradox ATS (logic, workflows, automation)
* Experience working alongside Program Managers on large-scale implementations
* Background supporting ATS implementations or migrations in enterprise environments
* Solid understanding of HRIS / HCM ecosystems and system integrations
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions

Nice to Have:
* Experience supporting integrations with Workday HCM
* High-volume or frontline hiring implementation experience
* Prior consulting or systems integrator background

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
