*Hybrid in Englewood, CO*
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join their team. This team is responsible for advancing website authentication and secure identity solutions across the organization, with a strong focus on modern authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0.
The ideal candidate is a confident, hands-on delivery leader with the ability to coach teams, communicate concisely across multiple groups, manage change effectively, and wear multiple hats - acting as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and stakeholder liaison as needed. This individual must be comfortable being direct in a positive, motivating way that drives alignment and progress across cross-functional teams.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project delivery lifecycle for team initiatives - from intake and planning through execution, deployment, and production support.
- Serve as a coach and servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and reinforcing Agile best practices across teams.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
- Drive change management efforts, helping teams adapt to evolving requirements and organizational shifts.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and security teams to align technical delivery with authentication and security standards.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing guidelines.
- Track progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support technical troubleshooting and investigation efforts using browser developer tools, Splunk, Datadog, and API clients.
- Provide transparent updates and status reports to leadership, emphasizing accountability and delivery confidence.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment through clear communication, motivation, and consistency.
Experience Requirements:
- Background in technical delivery management or experience leading software development departments responsible for accurate requirements gathering through successful software release.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to be direct, clear, and motivating.
- Demonstrated success in change management and driving delivery alignment across multiple teams or departments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confident and composed communicator, capable of bridging technical details and business objectives.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technologies related to authentication, identity, and secure digital platforms.
- Experience or familiarity with OAuth 2.0 and web authentication workflows is a plus.
- Commitment to onsite collaboration four days per week in the Denver office.
