How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead configuration, development, and support for Epicor ERP and connected systems.
- Partner with internal teams to define ERP strategy, integrations, and technology roadmaps.
- Manage Epicor upgrades, testing, and performance tuning.
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and system records.
- Ensure ERP operations meet compliance standards (SOX) and align with best practices.
- Collaborate with financial and operations teams to improve ERP workflows and data accuracy.
Are You an Experienced ERP Developer Ready to Make an Impact?
- 3+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience, including upgrades and module configuration.
- Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and database management.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methods.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or technology-driven environments.
- Awareness of accounting and procurement processes (preferred).
- Epicor certification and UI/UX knowledge (nice-to-have).
