Position: Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant
Location - Remote, USA
As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for the management of Workday's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software suite. This includes capabilities for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with the finance and accounting teams to enhance data accuracy, streamline financial processes, and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. In this role, you will implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning for both Finance and Workforce Planning. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing intricate financial models and leveraging your technical proficiency and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning.
Manage the financial and non-financial metrics (KPIs) within Adaptive, including problem-solving any issues with current metric calculations as well as the creation of new metrics. This includes creating and updating formulas within the system.
Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system maintenance and implement enhancements or upgrades as needed.
Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes
Analyze complex financial models to inform decision-making.
Configure models, dimensions, versions and accounts to support business planning requirements.
Create and maintain formulas, calculated fields, and allocation rules.
Manage data imports, integration and connection between Adaptive Planning and Workday Fin and HCM
Monitor data quality , perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
Automate data loads and optimize workflows to improve efficiency
Collaborate with finance and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans within the Adaptive Planning platform.
Maintain high standards in service and project delivery.
Expand and enhance the utilization of Adaptive Planning across AAA MWG.
Apply technical expertise to resolve complex problems such as publishing, integrating dimensions for mapping data
Manage multiple projects efficiently and productively.
