About the Role: AEM Developer
This role is onsite in RTP, NC
- Lead efforts in code modernization, refactoring legacy code, and aligning implementations with AEM best practices.
- Design, develop, and enhance AEM components, templates, dialogs, Sling models, servlets, and OSGi services.
- Troubleshoot and fix build issues across local, UAT, and production environments.
- Support cloud migration projects, including AEM as a Cloud Service implementation and dispatcher/cloud manager setup.
- Work with Java, J2EE, HTL/Sightly, and Sling framework for backend and frontend development.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or Azure DevOps).
- Implement scalable solutions leveraging AEM DAM, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, MSM, and workflows.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and best practice enforcement across AEM projects.
- Partner with architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high quality, cloud ready AEM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
