This could be the perfect role for you!
We are looking for a Business Devlopment Manager with strong sales experience. In this role you will work closely with an inside sales team to close deals, present solutions and attend meetings.
You will act as a representative of the company, meeting with existing and potential clients and managing follow-ups. In this role you will report directly to a Partner having access to C-Suite members of the team.
You will play a vital part in the growth of the company!
Responsibilities:
- Meet with business to introduce the company, qualify them as potential clients, and close new deals
- Achieve and exceed performance goals by attending 3-4 appointment per week (warm)
- Make 100 + dials per week (cold)
- Actively participate in L&D programmes
- Maintain a strong network
Requirements:
- Driven individual who succeeds in a competitive sales environment
- Energetic and entrepreneurial personality
- Willingness to be challenged and learn
- Experience in B2B sales
- Ability to travel as required
- Exceptional consultative selling skills
- Attention to detail and CRM note-taking
