Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team in creating groundbreaking inflight experiences. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you'll maximize product value and drive innovation. You'll shape our product vision, prioritize features, and work closely with stakeholders to elevate the travel experience for airlines and passengers. Team Summary

Join our dynamic IFE Products team and shape the future of Inflight Entertainment hardware. You'll manage our innovative RAVE system and its accessories to ensure timely delivery to our many customers. You'll collaborate with top professionals, engage with key customers, and make a real impact in revolutionizing the inflight experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead ideation, development, and launches of innovative IFEC products and services
  • Responsible for product in-service replacements and end of life management
  • Establish shared vision by prioritizing and executing consensus-driven priorities
  • Efficiently transform business and airline needs into product requirements.
  • Drive platform development with a team of engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop product roadmaps and ensure long-term product plans
  • Responsible for strategic planning of equipment updates and implementation
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into platform requirements for enhanced user satisfaction
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure product success
  • Deliver products recognized as industry-leading and aligned with customer needs
  • Maximize efficiency in a fluid, creative environment
  • Responsible to help drive change across cross functional teams indirectly
  • Maintain a good understanding of the IFEC, Consumer Technology, and Entertainment Technology markets

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 6-15 years of experience working in Product Management or Product Development
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, A-Ha, JAMA, Jira, wireframing software
  • Experience with components and supplier management
  • Understanding of configuration management
  • Aerospace background (especially IFE) is preferred

Benefits

The starting pay range for this position is $98,000 to $166,000 per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
