Job Title: Technical Product Owner Twilio IVR & Healthcare Experience

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Twilio IVR systems and deep domain expertise in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working across technical and functional areas, leading product initiatives from conception through delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
Twilio IVR experience (end-to-end implementation and/or support)
Healthcare domain experience is a must in all recent projects
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting and business requirements
Translate requirements into clear, actionable User Stories with detailed Acceptance Criteria
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to drive report creation, using database queries and reporting tools
Provide technical and functional leadership in initiatives involving Twilio IVR and reporting (Twilio Studio, Flex, Insights)
Effectively manage relationships with demanding stakeholders, ensuring alignment and delivery
Take full ownership of tasks and deliverables, independently managing timelines and priorities
Preferred Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with databases and query writing (SQL)
Exposure to Twilio Insights Reporting is a strong plus
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Remote work (must be based in the US)
