Location: Edison, NJ - They should be in NJ and willing to go to the office three times a week.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Salesforce Program Manager with a strong background in Litify to lead the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of our legal practice management solutions in the Life Science industry. This role requires a combination of project leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and Litify platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Litify program delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and post-implementation support.
Serve as the primary liaison between legal operations, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Drive Litify configuration and customization efforts, working with internal admins, developers, or external consultants as needed.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and reporting metrics.
Oversee change management, training, and user adoption strategies for Litify rollouts.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., document management, timekeeping, billing).
Monitor and optimize system performance, implement process improvements, and recommend Salesforce/Litify enhancements.
Maintain thorough documentation of program scope, processes, and platform configurations.

10+ years of Salesforce program/project management experience.
2+ years of Litify implementation or administration experience.
Proven success managing enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives within legal, compliance, or professional services environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards).
Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive-level stakeholders.
Salesforce Administrator or PMP certification (preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
10+ years of Salesforce program/project management experience.
2+ years of Litify implementation or administration experience.
