Systems Architect - ServiceNow ECM
100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Discovery and Design:
Lead workshops to gather requirements for integrating new tools/features into ECM (ServiceNow).
Translate requirements into user stories and add to the ECM backlog.
Design technical solutions for integration, considering dependencies, data requirements, and database schemas.
Create integration designs between ECM and backend systems.
Review designs with stakeholders for approval and provide weekly status updates.
2. Development & Configuration:
Develop designs and configure modules in the ECM platform based on business needs.
Conduct quality reviews, unit testing, and address defects or performance issues.
Demonstrate functionality to stakeholders.
3. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Assist with UAT and defect resolution (P0 to P4 issues) during platform configurations.
Provide Level 3 support for critical defects and perform root cause analysis as needed.
4. ECM Feature Development & Integration:
Develop and configure new features in the ECM system (ServiceNow).
Integrate applications with ECM modules, including:
Case Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Agent Chat, Advanced Work Assignment, etc.
