Must Haves
Project Management Expertise
Experience in Project Planning, scheduling, and tracking multi-quarters global infrastructure project via Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project tools.
Strong grasp of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid)
Ability to manage budget, risks, and resources
Technical Knowledge
Understanding (Not working knowledge)of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SDWAN)
Familiarity with infrastructure components (datacenters, cloud platforms, cabling, power, cooling)
Understanding of network monitoring and management tools (eg. SolarWinds, Nautobot, Checkmk)
Communication & coordination
Excellent cross-functional communication skills (working with engineers, vendors, leadership)
Ability to translate technical details into business language for stakeholders
Experience in vendor and partner coordination
Documentation & Reporting
Skilled with creating project charters, status reports, runbooks, and retrospectives
Familiarity with change management processes (e.g., ITIL framework)
Problem Solving & Decision
Making Strong analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and make data-driven decisions
Ability to prioritize and adapt in high-pressure environments
Ability to work with global teams
