- Design, develop, test, and debug robust applications and system components aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and feature teams to refine requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Translate business needs into technical strategies, recommending alternative approaches to meet aggressive timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate code quality and maintain best practices.
- Drive operational excellence by building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production services.
- Communicate effectively across technical and business teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle within agile environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Unified Communications integrations, including chat, video, and reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the following: JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, HTML/CSS, Twilio, CVP Call Studio / ICM Scripting, CVP Call Studio / ICM Scripting, Applications Development, SQL, AI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and collaboration.
