About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in building production-level AI/ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, modern AI frameworks, and cloud technologies while also having hands-on experience with RESTful service development in Java and Spring Boot.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, integrating agents with APIs and cloud platforms, and optimizing workflows through automation. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, coding expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including LLMs, NLP, and reinforcement learning solutions.

  • Build and optimize production-level ML pipelines and automation frameworks.

  • Work with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LangGraph.

  • Connect AI agents to APIs, cloud platforms, and databases for seamless integration.

  • Develop RESTful services and backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Collaborate with DevOps/DevSecOps teams to ensure secure and efficient deployment of models and services.

  • Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS to scale and manage AI/ML workloads.

  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure quality, performance, and reliability.

  • Contribute to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML system development, including production-level deployment.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy).

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LangGraph.

  • Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

  • Proficiency in developing REST APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.

  • Familiarity with SDLC and DevSecOps practices.

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in workflow automation and optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.

  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance in cloud environments.

  • Ability to present complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
