Java Full Stack Developer

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can quickly contribute to early-stage product development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building proof-of-concept applications, and working across various projects with minimal onboarding or legacy constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly prototype and develop scalable full-stack applications.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy.
• Tackle diverse technical challenges, including image processing and data-intensive workflows.
• Adapt quickly to new domains and project scopes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#/C++, Go, and R, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and/or Python,
• Deep expertise in AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS, CloudFormation).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in ambiguous or greenfield environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to software design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with image processing libraries and tools (e.g., OpenCV, PIL, AWS Rekognition).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to machine learning workflows or data engineering is a plus.
• Prior experience in consulting or startup environments.
