JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Sales Performance Strategy Quota Administration team. This role will support target setting operations and analysis by developing, administering, and maintaining quota processes for teams of varying sizes across multiple products. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for quota setting, reconciling revenue transaction data sources, and producing complex and confidential reports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of data architecture and databases, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, administer, and maintain target-setting processes across multiple teams and products Manage quota setting and ensure accurate reconciliation of revenue transaction data sources Create and deliver varied, complex, and confidential reports and processes Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales performance strategy and quota administration Leverage data architecture knowledge and database tools to streamline operations Apply strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Math, or related field 4+ years of business and/or finance experience (compensation administration, sales/marketing analytics, sales operations knowledge) Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis, process design, and data management Strong interpersonal skills in teamwork, communication, presentation, and time management Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a sense of urgency while focused Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel knowledge preferred Proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI preferred Competency with SQL and Salesforce reporting preferred Knowledge of Anaplan model building preferred
