Job Details

Required Experience (2-4 years of Experience) :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

• 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.

• Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

• Familiarity with HR systems and tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

• Adaptability /agility in a dynamic environment.
