Job Responsibilities
Analyze, track, and maintain IT asset records within the asset management database.
Ensure accurate lifecycle tracking of computer-related assets including laptops, desktops, iPhones, and iPads.
Review and reconcile departmental IT inventories to ensure data accuracy.
Evaluate and improve asset management processes, procedures, and controls.
Research and assess new hardware models and components for standardization and replacement planning.
Prepare, analyze, and distribute scheduled asset reports for management and stakeholders.
Analyze asset maintenance, replacement, and lifecycle costs.
Support enterprise IT initiatives, including the State of Good Repair (SOGR) program.
Coordinate deployment of new IT devices and collection of retired equipment.
Update and maintain asset records in ServiceNow, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Collaborate with multiple departments to support asset audits, upgrades, and inventory validations.
Job Requirements
4–6 years of experience in IT Asset Management, Inventory Management, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management or similar ITSM tools.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing asset data, lifecycle tracking, and cost analysis.
Experience supporting enterprise IT projects and large-scale device refresh initiatives.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Must be able to work onsite from Day 1.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
