- Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers By Enhancing Their Capabilities In Spring Boot, Hibernate, And Java, Thereby Increasing Overall Productivity And Software Quality.
- Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Spring Boot Best Practices, Optimizing Performance And Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards To Facilitate Successful Project Delivery.
- Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Analyzing Technical Alternatives, Assessing Best Packages, And Identifying Technical Risks.
- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
- Proficient In Spring Boot, Java, And Hibernate With Advanced Understanding Of Microservices Architecture.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Restful Api Development And Integration.
- Solid Experience In Performance Tuning And Optimization Of Spring Boot Applications.
- Strong Understanding Of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (Ci/Cd) Pipelines And Tools.
- Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Practices.
