RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is seeking a Project Manager - Value-Based Care Programs to lead the implementation of value-based care delivery models for Medicaid and CHP+ members. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of risks and issues. Experience with Medicaid/CHP+ programs is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Implementation: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of care model initiatives for Medicaid and CHP+ populations
* Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among SMEs, internal teams, and external stakeholders
* Risk & Issue Management: Monitor implementation gaps, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
* Governance & Reporting: Develop dashboards, report progress to executive leadership, and manage project governance and financials
* Team Leadership: Motivate cross-functional teams and foster alignment with organizational goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree is required as the minimum level of completed education
* Minimum 5+ years of related experience
* Strategic Leadership & Communication: Ability to align diverse teams with program objectives; skilled in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting
* Risk & Issue Management: Proficient in structured frameworks for identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues
*Adaptability & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to proactively identify needs and adjust to shifting priorities
* Technical Communication: Capable of translating technical components for varied audiences
* Collaboration: Proven success in building strong partnerships across internal and external teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree or 4 years of additional relevant experience
* Experience with Medicaid and/or CHP+ programs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
