About the Role:
The Salesforce Developer helps empower clients through seamless integration and operation of a robust product suite. You’ll build scalable server-side logic, intuitive front-end interfaces, and APIs that connect diverse systems across the organization. This role involves close collaboration with development, product, and account management teams to deliver impactful solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development with Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce Object design, SOQL, and SOSL.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Apex-based server-side logic to support business operations
- Design and implement APIs for internal and external integrations
- Build client-facing UI components using Visualforce, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Manage Salesforce metadata with SObjects, permissions, page layouts, and more
- Participate in agile development cycles with continuous integration
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and product planning
- Analyze data to validate integration accuracy and performance
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 4-6 years of work experience including 1-2 years of hands-on Salesforce development and 1-2 years of experience with modern programming languages (Java, .NET, Python)
- Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce Object design, SOQL, and SOSL
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery)
- Experience with Salesforce automation and deployment tools: SFDX, Ant
- Exposure to relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD environments
- Skilled in leveraging both standard Salesforce features and custom development
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and continuous improvement
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React
- Experience with REST APIs, TypeScript, containerization (Docker/k8s and/or Kafka), or cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS)
