**Hybrid | Westlake, TX**

We are seeking a motivated Cloud Engineer. You'll demonstrate DevOps and SRE practices to deliver CI/CD pipelines, enable high-scale, highly available services, and drive resilience through automation and Infrastructure as Code. Our team focuses on reliability using standard methodologies in Resiliency Engineering, Automation, Observability, and Chaos Testing.

We value diverse technical backgrounds and offer opportunities for complex problem-solving. Ideal candidates have experience in Cloud, DevOps, and SRE, with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70- $76 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Support development squads with DevOps delivery and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions in an agile environment.
  • Define and execute reliability and observability strategies to ensure system availability.
  • Reduce toil and improve efficiency through automation and process refinement.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments.
  • Mentor peers and guide teams in building highly available, observable systems.


Experience Requirements:
  • 8+ years in technology roles
  • 5+ years building advanced CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and supporting distributed systems at scale.
  • 1-2 years in AWS cloud development and migration; experience with resilient cloud platforms.
  • 2-4 years in software development (Python, NodeJS, or Java) with emphasis on SDLC and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Strong Linux/Unix systems administration skills, including Bash scripting.
  • Familiarity with distributed, highly concurrent service-based architectures.


Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
