Are you a hands-on IT leader ready to drive operational excellence across a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing environment? This is a mission-critical role leading a bi-coastal internal support team, infrastructure admins, and third-party partners to ensure 24/7 IT/OT support for production plants and corporate HQ.

You'll oversee daily support operations, elevate helpdesk performance, and align infrastructure with business goals-all while ensuring system stability, security, and compliance. This role bridges IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operations Technology), making a direct impact on uptime, efficiency, and innovation across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead and mentor a distributed support team and third-party vendors

  • Manage IT/OT infrastructure operations, helpdesk performance, and service delivery

  • Manage, monitor, optimize OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backups, VoIP, and other hardware and software components.

  • Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, SLAs, and strategic planning

  • Collaborate with site leaders and enterprise teams to align tech with business needs

  • Ensure robust security, documentation, and compliance across all systems


What You Bring:



  • 10+ years in IT operations/support, 5+ in leadership

  • Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Expertise in ITIL, helpdesk tools, infrastructure, and vendor management

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Willingness to travel to sites and lead from the front
