Title: IT Technical Recruiter

Client: Energy

Location: San Antonio, TX

Schedule: M-F Core Hours

Compensation: $40+ /hr.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years' proven experience as an IT recruiter.
• Demonstrated ability to direct source IT talent with niche requirements using LinkedIn or other sources.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and providing regular, timely updates to hiring managers, HR and candidates.
• Preferred experience recruiting for a large corporation.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. (Workday is a plus - ATS we use)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
