Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years' proven experience as an IT recruiter.
- Demonstrated ability to direct source IT talent with niche requirements using LinkedIn or other sources.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and providing regular, timely updates to hiring managers, HR and candidates.
- Preferred experience recruiting for a large corporation.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. (Workday is a plus - ATS we use)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
