Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst IV to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position requires a strategic thinker who excels at bridging business needs and technical solutions, driving project success through effective collaboration and communication. Based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners and IT leadership to gather, analyze, and document requirements for functional and technical solutions.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
Develop and maintain process documentation to support organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Coordinate with project managers and product owners to implement solutions that enhance business capabilities.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business, IT, and customer teams to ensure project success.
Facilitate integration and end-to-end solutions, including work with policy administration systems.
Provide expertise in defect resolution and process improvement efforts.
Communicate effectively through presentations, written documentation, and team discussions.
Work independently to drive results while collaborating with team members as needed.
Partner with external vendors and internal teams to bridge technical understanding with business demands.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in business analysis with a proven ability to lead Agile projects.
Strong expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements from senior-level stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and written documentation.
Experience in insurance industry processes, including policy administration and rating tools.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective collaboration within a team.
Familiarity with integration solutions and end-to-end project implementations.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proven skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and process mapping.
