Summary:



We are seeking a highly experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and execute various infrastructure initiatives, including data center upgrades, network enhancements, cloud integration, and merger & acquisition (M&A) integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation (charters, timelines, risk logs, etc.).
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with teams including infrastructure, security, networking, and applications.
• Monitor project status, manage risks, and communicate changes effectively.
• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders, executives, and technical teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement related to project delivery.
• Ensure all implementations are compliant with organizational standards and IT governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure components: servers, networks, AD, storage, virtualization, and cloud.
• Experience leading M&A-related projects is a plus.
• Skilled in MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
