Role- Workday Finance Tenant Configuration support

* Strategic Oversight: Define and implement tenant lifecycle strategies,

* Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for tenant-related operations, facilitating collaboration between HR/Finance Business Enablement and Tech Delivery teams.
Tenant Provisioning and Refresh: Oversee the provisioning and refresh of Workday tenants, ensuring configurations meet business requirements and environments are updated with production data.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor tenant performance, address incidents, and optimize tenant health using performance metrics.
Release Management: Plan and oversee the deployment of bi-annual Workday releases, coordinating with relevant teams to validate and implement changes.
Reporting and Strategy: Generate reports and dashboards on tenant performance and strategic planning, presenting insights to stakeholders.
