Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across our organization. You will be responsible for crafting scalable, secure, and robust ServiceNow architectures that align with business goals and IT strategies. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and oversee implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and deliver solutions aligned with ITIL and business processes.
  • Ensure platform scalability, stability, performance, and security.
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
  • Drive the adoption of ServiceNow best practices, governance, and standards.
  • Participate in solution reviews, risk assessments, and change control processes.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow product releases and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture and development.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions in large enterprises.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, scripting, APIs, integrations, and security models.
  • Experience with multiple modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and others.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) multiple specializations:
    • IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • IT Operations Management (ITOM)

    • Human Resources (HR)
    • Software Asset Management (SAM)
    • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
    • Security Incident Response (SIR)
    • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (most advanced and highly regarded)

Advanced/Master-Level Certifications:

  • Certified Master Architect (CMA) (elite-level for enterprise architecture leadership)
