Job Details

Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 4 Location: Onsite full time/Mossville IL

Typical task breakdown:
- Identify cost reduction opportunities across product groups
- Conduct should-cost and similar part analyses
- Optimize order quantities and evaluate sourcing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Interaction with team:
- Frequent interaction/collaboration between product and category groups
Team Structure
- 5 people on the team, may partner with a senior lead on the team pending capabilities
Work environment:
- Office primarily
Education & Experience Required:
- Education & Experience requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or a related field with 8 or more years related experience (must have a technical degree of some capacity)

OR

- Master's degree in engineering, business administration or a related field with 5 or more years related experience
OR
- Associates degree in in engineering, business administration or a related field with 10 or more years related experience
