Telecommunication Project Manager

• Project management experience with a telephony replacement effort
• Genesys Cloud experience or other popular cloud-based system preferred.
• Experience with an outbound dialer
• Knowledge of API processing
• IVR experience a plus
• Experience in a prior Telephony Support role a plus.
• Business Analysis experience is a plus.
