Job Details
As an Oracle HCM Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .
Experience: - 10+ Years
Location: - Remote / EST hours
Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities: -
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle HCM APIs, and web services.
- Experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- Solid understanding of data migration, transformation, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with security protocols, identity management, and OCI IAM.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud and/or OCI are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in OCI.
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration scenarios.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
